How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
They understood the project quite well and compared to alternatives provided a working bot idea as well as proposed a Proof Of Concept which panned out, the price was also competitive. Found them by looking up places with affordable development costs then cross referencing top 5/10 lists of the best development teams in India.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were the one company that best understood the "BOT FUNCTIONALITY", the complexity of it, and they were thorough with the communication side of things.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The website launched. We were able to achieve the initial goal. Looking forward to get increased user traction as we proceed.
