January’s first Weekend wasn’t just a new year celebration, but as part of the company’s cherished tradition, this day was all about finishing up pending tasks, lessons, the wins, and the moments that didn’t go as planned, crossing off deliverables, and adding a sprinkle of team spirit. But little did we know that this day would bring more than just the usual work commitments. This was one Weekend that left everyone feeling motivated, refreshed, and grateful.
The morning began like any other, with the team immersed in their tasks, driven to finish the week on a strong note. But then, the announcement came from HR—it was time for a delightful surprise! The whole team was treated to a hearty serving of dal ki pakodi and gajar ka halwa—two soul-warming dishes that instantly brought smiles to everyone’s faces. The rich, flavorful pakodis paired with the sweetness of the gajar ka halwa felt like the perfect fuel for an energizing and productive day. It’s moments like these that show the company’s attention to creating a warm, family-like atmosphere.
As the food was enjoyed and chatter filled the air, the focus shifted to the monthly Weekend Activities (1) Tied Legs Race, (2) Dropping the ball in a box without touching it —a ritual that the company has made an essential part of its work culture. These activities are a fun, yet effective way to build stronger bonds, boost morale, and take a break from the usual workday grind. From solving puzzles together to engaging in friendly challenges, each activity is designed to inspire collaboration and creativity.
To cap off the day, a lucky draw won by Avinash K, Gopesh L. added a layer of excitement, giving everyone the chance to win some fun prizes. It’s these little moments of joy that truly make Weekend special at Konstant Infosolutions—where hard work and fun go hand-in-hand.
While some of the team focused on ticking off tasks, others used the time to have constructive discussions with colleagues, brainstorming ideas, sharing feedback, and collaborating on solutions to challenges they were facing.
